We use return email addresses to answer any emails we receive from you. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We do not keep any debit/credit card numbers or other payment details. All card information is collected and processed by our third-party gateway provider "Stripe" or "Paypal", in order for us to achieve high PCI compliance, and none of your card information is stored anywhere on this site or in our systems.
We use the data you provided to fulfil orders, and answer enquiries. We only ever use this data for contacting our customers ourselves, and we never share data with 3rd parties.
We may use your contact details to send you marketing emails regarding new products and promotions. We only send these emails if we have received your permission or have established a legitimate interest, and you can opt-out at any time. We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. Mailchimp gather statistics for us regarding email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies, to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. If you have subscribed to our mailing list prior to May 25, 2018 and maintained your subscription, we will continue to send you marketing messages as we have established a legitimate interest in doing so. If you wish to receive our newsletters on or after May 25, 2018, we will seek your full consent before sending you any marketing messages.
